2014 was a good match up no ? Not saying just because it was us.

2010 with SA and Mexico was blah I guess. 2006 had Germany as hosts. But before 2006 you at least had the previous champion opening the WC which was always at least half interesting even if they played a weak team. Even still it provided upsets like Cameroon ever Argentina and Senegal over France.

Yeah i mean it's a game I'd never watch otherwise. Probably will be an easy ticket to get too.

No ticket is going to be easy to get, especially opening match.
So assuming Brasil wins the group, they’re semi final would be in St. Petersburg, Correct?

Russia at home opening match easy ticket ? Negative. Russians won't care who they are playing and they shouldn't. If Brazil were playing Nepal in a WC game and I had a chance to go I'd go. :D

Just saying as a neutral, I have very little interest.

    Correct.
    Mexico/Sweden R16 most probable.
    Belgium QF.
    Spain/Portugal/France SF.

I am predicting ... Mexico, Belgium, France.

We need to get revenge on France if that happens. Estão engasgados na garganta.

Switzerland historically has done well against good teams in WC.

2006 tied France in opening game.
2010 beat Spain in opening game although they didn't go through the group.
2014 they did get creamed by France in the group but Argentina needed ET to beat them in R16.

Should be a good opening test at least based on their history.

Yes, if everything goes according to plan, Brazil will play in Samara, Kazan, St. Petersburg, and then Moscow.

I'm going with England winning Group G and will be on the left bracket to set up a potential QF matchup!!

After my mistake with Italy. I said I wouldn't make any predictions DURING the World Cup. But I didn't say anything about ...BEFORE!!

And what are you worried about anyway?? The way your Germany have it..I actually changed my vote and instead of Argentina winning the World Cup, I'm picking Germany to go back to back!!

Plus, we start the tournament slow. First game tend to be narrow wins.

For some reason I have England and Argentina in the left knockout bracket!! I see Croatia winning Group D and Argentina being the runner up!!

And I wouldn't be surprised if we draw vs the Swiss either 1-1 or even a goalless draw!!

I saw some of the WC'18 kits from Adidas and they are ok, I hope Nike will come out with a really good kit for us!! I really liked our kit from WC'94!! It was one of our best!!

2009 U-17 WC Swiss beat Brazil 1 x 0 in group stage knocking us out with Neymar , Coutinho and Alison on the team. Swiss had 3 players now on the senior side.

They also beat us in a friendly in 2013 1 x 0 with a Alves header own goal.

    Revenge coming.

If Germany wins it will be their Pentacampeonato, so they will tie Brasil for the most world cups won...

Germany isn't winning in 2018. They are not as strong anymore. Plus, Omajac already said they would win. ;)
