    Congratulations to Ecuador, well done. I have to admit that I didn't expect much of Ecuador and so far they have been very impressive.

    felicitaciones a todos los hermanos ecuatorianos. muy buen resultado. no pude ver el partido pero como que los ticos no tuvieron chances de gol. me alegro por ustedes. y eso que hace como dos semanas querian echar al suarez. de todas formas mucha suerte contra los nazis :eek: y en la proxima ronda.

    Ojala goleen a Alemania tambien para que todos los que creen que Sudamerica es solo Brasil y Argentina se tengan que meter la lengua en el c..o

    Ecuador's midfield has really pressured other teams so far. Hopefully they can keep Germany from taking too many long shots.

    there was speculation that many of our yellow carded titulares were gonna b sidelined to keep em safe for the next game....is this true? i read it on el comercio but i dunno if it was speculation or an acutal fact

    Congratulations Ecua! With England not looking all that great, I think there's a reasonable chance that Germany may be content with a "gentleman's draw" that will give you guys the group. And even if not.... England looks somewhat vulnerable.

    best world cup performance i have seen from a conmebol team(not counting arg and bra) for a while

    from what i ahve seen you guys could trouble england

    so youre saying that germany would prefer to play england? i dought that.

    i think germany WANTS to win this game,take 1st and avoid england.
    im very confident ecua can beat any team rite now, but i honestly want england.
