Sampaoli would get my vote. He got a team its first ever championship, playing exciting attacking soccer, and did so without the benefit of a large checkbook to buy the talent.

    Juventus FC
    1) Luis Enrique - a treble is a treble, and to beat Real Madrid, Atletico, Man City, PSG, Bayern Munich, Juventus as he has this year is immense.
    2) Jorge Sampaoli - won CA, Chile's first ever major title.
    3) Max Allegri - won the domestic double and reached a continental final.

This would be my top 3.
