    What are the requirements for a NA-based palyer who wants to play in Russia?

    Has there ever been a NA-based soccer player in Russia?

    I know one hockey player from my town who went over to play with Perm for a year, but I have no idea what requirements he had to deal with.

    Not that I know of, but there is/was a Brazilian over there - and I don't think they faked his passport claiming he had Russian grandparents. ;)

    The RPL does not have a limit on foreigners at this time.

    Championship Manager 4, unfortunately, has foreigner restrictions in the RPL! Since half of The World's Greatest Team now seems to be Czech, I guess I'll be waiting for the bug fix before I conquer Europe.
