The U-20’s won 4-1 in their second friendly against Nicaragua.

US-born Elizabeth Johannes, who plays for Indiana University, scored a hat-trick. Victoria Meza is the niece of former 90’s Selecta player Mario Mayen Meza.

Great result they’ve found some real good attacking pieces the question for me will always be the defensive end. In regards to the league it looks like FAS and Alianza would be the main suppliers from the local league if they were going for senior NT competitions.

    Currently leading 1-0.

Quick note Samaria was left off due to injury and unfortunately suffering from COVID.

Brenda has looked very good but man they will struggle once the competition level goes up.

I would like to see more passing as compared to taking a bunch of shots at goal, now that they have a lead.

    El Salvador defeated Aruba 7-1.

Abigail Lopez scored a hat-trick. Brenda Ceren, Karen Reyes, Stephanie Garcia and Victoria Sanchez.

I couldn’t help but notice neither Samaria Gomez nor Ashley Webb were on the roster tonight.

Samaria is injured and also caught COVID the double whammy. Hence why she didn’t make the final list.

I’m also wondering why Elizabeth Johannes got the snub too.

Carla Portillo of Moron BK declined a call up to El Salvador, instead opting for The Philippines. Chantelle Maniti is the younger sister of Jacob Maniti who has represented The Philippines U-23’s.
