Great news. He did a good job with the U-23s last year and he's got a great temperament to be a coach. I wish him well. It's an important role on the club to be mentoring the young players as they fight for a first team shot. Woly has a lot of insight on those travails. Between him and Petke being in key roles, I suddenly feel like there is a tradition being developed; a unique club identity.
I wonder if he will also act as an assistant coach to the main team? good times--remembering all the announcer woe-luh-neck vs wol-nee-ack debates!!
Imagine if someone told you our coaching staff would be Petke, Fraser, and Woly at the time of the McAllister rumors. Crazy stuff.
