Great fun for all haters of Man United.

But lower your heads, the thread title is a no-no.

    Oops.

Wasn't intended, honestly. In my excitement I forgot to think before typing.

Think of it as a favor, you wouldn't want to watch that anyway, would you? Go grab a beer instead and your liver will thank you.

Which would you rather have....to know the result ahead of time, and have Chelsea back in the championship race if they win against Birmingham, or to not know the result and have Chelsea still two games from catching up???

    I think i know the answer.....carry on....

I'd be pissed if this was posted in a general forum, but in the Chelsea one? Come on, it was an honest mistake, and how many people really run here who aren't Chelsea fans, and don't care how they found about this result?

    A picture is worth........

    He he he

Good second half in that game.
United never looked like winning it to be honest and Wolves displayed that "bulldog" attitude of chasing everything that is hard to beat.

    Read the united forum...it's comical.

Thought that Howard should have saved that shot really.
Inces thumper would have been a good 'un.

2 point gap if we can get all three tomorrow.

The thread is posted on the main page so the result was seen that way. It is a big no no to post the result and 99% of the time a yellow card is given.

Its worse than here when we had our "rough patch" - some of them are practically chanting "Fire Fergie" after one loss. Its really something.

Yep, seem to have forgotten they've had their best start ever to a season...

What i find really funny is all the talk about "spending more".I would hazard a guess that most of them don't fully understand the whole PLC/shareholder state of their club.
If it were up to sir red nose then buck tooth would have been there today.

Your distinction between "general" and "Chelsea" forums doesn't mean a damn thing.

If you go to the main Big Soccer page, there's a column on the right hand side called "BigSoccer Boards -- Live." It shows the titles of the most recently updated threads, regardless of what forums the threads are in. The arsebiscuit who spoiled the results didn't just crap on the mornings of Chelsea fans, but on anyone who looked at the Big Soccer opening page for a good forty-five minutes after the Man U game ended.

Honest mistake or not-- and what kind of moron makes that sort of mistake after 817 posts-- this guy deserves a yellow card.

Why? Because with a yellow card he can't start threads, and thus won't be able to ruin the results of games that are being shown on television on a three hour delay.

I see your point, and I'm NOT defending the action. But what people do on soccer messageboards when they'd rather not know the scores of games is a bit puzzling to me. Its like asking to get caught.

This is a big place. Big enough to avoid a specific score if one chooses to.

Mistakes happen, but the result was spoiled for alot of people who were planning to watch at 12PM.

Sheesh, you'd think I was the one who did it ;)

I understand that GPK, and I'm not defending it. Just sayin - this here sure's a funny place to come if you want to avoid knowing what happened in the world of soccer.............

We concur :) The beauty of living in the states is that you won’t get the results given to you on the news or anything. So if the game is on tape delay you can watch it AS IF it were LIVE. Unless of course you were a complete fecking moron and decided to visit Internet sites devoted to Football (soccer). In the humble opinion of the Luther Blissets people who visit football Internet sites and yet don’t want to know the result should be yellow carded for being too fecking stupid to breathe.

Absolutely give him the yellow - I mean, people are perfect and never make mistakes. And it's not like he apologised or anything is it????

    Rules are rules are rules.

In addition, there is tons of stuff going on in the football world. Honestly, if I had seen the result myself I would have been pissed becuase I also intended to watch the match. But I wanted to read the news thread on MLS N&A and I also knew I needed to start the Chelsea matchday thread.

Yellow card for a couple of weeks. Thanks for being good about it mst77
