You don't give a certain Mr. Owen a half chance in injury time, sorry about that :D

    From one of the Mystic Gunners;

You know, they always used to sing, "boring, boring Arsenal". Some stay that the Gunners are now exciting. Bollocks. I sat down to watch yesterday, and I was instantly bored. I knew they were going to win, and they scored twice within the first 10 minutes to prove it (Kanu, even).

Seriously, folks, they're just awesome...and Robert Pires is still out. Tee-hee.

They do have an excellent team this year, Sam. If possible even more potent than last year.

I'll be honest, Liverpool, my team of course, are doing their best to hang on to the fast start Arsenal have made. But they are not in the same class right now.

Let's hope they do stay close, so the season stays interesting for as long as possible.

Further, Kolo Toure may turn out to be the best buy anyone has made since...well, Nicolas Anelka the first time around. The guy cost absolutely nothing and has acquitted himself rather well on a big stage.

Especially now that Wiltord has finally come around, there is absolutely no one better at playing the transfer market. No one.

This is an exciting season for me, Man Utd is among the top of the table as always, but Nottingham Forest is the team that is really making me smile. After watching them drop out of the EPL in 97 and almost drop out of 1st div I am happy to see them starting to gel and are in 4th place in the 1st Div. I hope they can keep up this pace and get back into the EPL. Go Tricky Trees!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like you have a very intelligent TV if it blacks out when Man U and Everton are playing :)

What a hoot... FSW Report has Sir Alex "celebrating like a schoolboy" after Man U's first goal...

    Classic.

FSW Report is great stuff. I wasn't all that excited by the idea at first... but I've really warmed up to it.

Me too. They even showed highlights of Revs-Crew, even though it was 0-0, that header off the line was amazing.

Nice to see lots of goals from all over the world, Scholes second was a beauty.

Yup... I still need to get my Sky Sports News fix at least twice a week, but FSW Report is excellent.

Well the Blues have won agian with Zola bagging two more on Sat. I think that puts him on top of the goalscorers chart this year. I wasn't able to listen to the game but it sounded like we played really bad and were lucky to get out of Man City with three points. I guess we should have been 2 goals down early but the ref helped us out. Chelsea needs to find some wingers cuss they are getting tore up down the flanks.

Goal of the weekend goes to the 16 year old Wayne Rooney who plays for Everton. Not only was is a great thundering strike but it came late in the game agianst the Gooners and ended there winning streak. If you have not seen it I am sorry it was quality. Now the Reds are on top of the EPL by a whopping point with 24. The Gunners in 2nd with 23, and Spurs in 3rd with 19.

Sunderland lost agian, West Ham won the game 1- nil with a goal coming from Sinclair in the 23 min.

I agree the show is good but the two people doing the show have no idea how to pronounce peoples names. That to me is a big turn off.

This is true, team names too, Middlesborrow, what the hell? It's pronounced Burra.

Glad to see my Reds go top. Very surprising that Everton beat Arsenal. FSW did show Rooney's goal last night, wow. A thing of beauty even for an Everton player.

Man U faltered again and if Malbranque had not missed a pen Fulham might have won.

Anyone seen the new 4-4-2? Nice interview with El Hadji Diouf. You can get it at "Hollywood at Home" at 91st & Metcalf. Or Borders if you like to give your money to the corporate giant :D
