30m pounds for a 12 month loan. That would be quality business. :D

    re: torres

i'd take him back... of course, i broke up and got back together with my first wife 8 times, so, i think i might have a problem with letting people go...

    Hahaha! Man, must spread rep...

I wouldn't take him back. Not that it matters because Chelsea wouldn't sell him back to LFC, but there are just too many unknowns there. How will the players react, what kind of treatment will he get from fans, what if his form doesn't improve, etc.

There are moments when I see that he's not done, he's still Torres in only for a flash like in the ManU match... but it happens so goddamn rarely that you just can't rely on him becoming consistent again.

Definitely add it to the pile of "big money move doesn't solve your problems"... he could have been a legend. I'm still sick thinking about it right now a year later, what a shame.

I wonder if a Falcao- Torres swap might be on the cards. Torres gets to go home Atletico get their golden boy back and maybe a little extra money to tighten their poor defence and AVB gets a forward he knows can play his system.

that does make a lot of sense... i'm sure torres always intended to go back to atletico, only 5 years from now with a lot more medals... i still think one of the milans is more the likely...

would an ibra, robinho, torres front line be the most expensive ever? like if you did the anelka aggregate thing?

I thought it was funny when they ask Justin if he was left-footed, and Justin asks Torres if he is neither-footed! :D

It would amuse if he came back just to see if he could find his form alongside Suarez.

He should find out where Rafa is going and follow suit.

Donovan should really be a shot in the arm in Everton's battle to stay up. ;)

How about a cheeky bid for LD? Think he'd fit in well up front and we help the bitters go down.

Real getting CSKA is ridiculous. I would have liked them against a better team to see how they do. I really want them to get Barca again.

Most exciting draws are actually the Arsenal and Napoli games.

Oh, and here's to APOEL winning it. LOL
