Bite your tongue about NCFC. Also... Wonder if any of our guys would want to spend some time south of the border? With the possibility of an #MLS work stoppage looming, I'm told a pair of #LigaMX teams have received calls from agents/players.— Eric Gomez (@EricGomez86) February 24, 2015

This is good. Beyond being a distraction, the reason this had to happen is because the Union could not have Berry occupying a budget roster slot. The silver lining is that the Union do not wind up with egg on their face if Berry gets his groove back. That seemed to be very important to the Union for some reason.
Ha. Berry tries to force an in league move and ends in the second division of South Korea. Nice work.
Seems funny at first, but this is the kind of crap that the players are trying to right with the next CBA.
Free agency only applies to players who are free agents. Not guys who were traded and had their options picked up. This situation could have happened in any sport.
True that. I stick with my Newcastle. A big club but not too big. As a Philadelphia fan, I am allergic to stability and winning.
He's still doing nice work toeing the company line with his comments, but I guess he has to since he's still Union.
So in the KYW Philly Soccer Show, Nando said his goal is to do well and stay here. He seems open to moving to Philly full time.
