Weather: Chance of Thunderstorms. Hopefully it doesn't turn into a monstrous deluge like the Rochester game, but Florida needs the rain. So do we. A chance to get revenge for the 4-2 loss at Legion and move into the top five playoff region. A couple of Lions (including ex-Hammerhead Jamie Watson, who scored twice in the last match) will be sitting out the game due to suspensions. The Hammers played well in that last game and paid the price for a couple of defensive lapses: Here's hoping they play even better Saturday and play error-free. The game is to be televised on Fox Soccer Channel and the PCF will be watching at the Dubliner (on Carolina Beach Rd.)

Final: Orlando City 1 :1 Wilmington I'll be curious to watch this one if it gets posted on the USL site...Not much of a live blog of the game, but I tried. Actually the chat on the Orlando City site was better and faster than Twitter. http://www.orlandocitysoccer.com/schedule/gamecenter/
I didn't get to see the game, and will probably miss it when it is rebroadcast today at noon (on Fox Soccer Channel.) Most reports have Orlando City dominant early with Wilmington gaining momentum after they starting subbing and abandoned the 4-5-1. Tom Grady just posted his notes on the Hammers blog. http://hammers.blogs.starnewsonline.com/10986/game-story-hammerheads-1-orlando-city-1/ http://hammers.blogs.starnewsonline.com/10990/more-from-saturdays-1-1-draw-at-orlando/
