Perhaps not. USL plays a lot of back to back matches or 3 games in 2 days, (I assume to get the most bang for the travel $$). He played 70 minutes on Thursday, and was recovering from injury, so 15 minutes might have been the plan for Saturday.

If I had to place a bet I'd say Simms is gone at the end of the MLS season; I'd be surprised if the Revolution hold onto him.

Agreed. But since he's a GA he doesn't cost them anything except a DV roster slot. My bet he stays till his GA contract runs out.

That's pretty much what I said Doc: his GA contract runs out at the end of this season, and as such, I don't expect the Revs to hold onto him.

ooo okay thanks you scared me.......

If the revs don't pick up his contract at the end of the year, what is his best option? MLS with another club , USL-1? Guatemala top flight? europe with a small club?

with the little time he's been given he has been pretty good , lets hope he comes back

On Friday he came off the bench and played 15 minutes in a 3-0 loss at Atlanta.

On Sunday he saw six minutes off the bench in a 2-0 loss at Rochester.

On Saturday he played 19 in the 1-0 victory against Miami

On Sunday he scored the first hatrrick in PR Islanders history in a 3-2 against Miami, in whats being considered down here as the greatest game of the season.

Well at least if Noonan or Twellman go overseas (not hoping it happens, just a "what-if") we've got some of the best reserves in the league. Good job Willie. Maybe we should turn him into a LM:D

I saw most of the game last night between PR and Charleston. Simms had a few nice little passes, but was pretty much ineffective. Not ready for MLS, that's for sure.
