I live in Spring Hill Florida which is nort of Tampa and I would be happy if there was a team near by. I used to live in Ohio so I went to Crew games.

Cleveland is a bit north of florida, i would try another board. My answer to your question would be: very unlikely any time soon.

Orlando will have a A-League team next year (2005 season). Miami might also. But as far as MLS is concerned one would think since Tampa and Miami were contracted, they would be low on the list of potential new MLS teams.
PS Tampa and especially Miami were not contracted because "they blew it"; they either had no O/I (Tampa) or a lousy one who was sick of MLS (Miami).
