This is VERY similar to what's going up in Edmond, OK. Aside from the wrap around roof. Mainly I'm talking about the pitch of the seats.
Were those terraces in the corners on the end line? I didn't think they were building stadiums with terraces any longer (or is that just England)?
They still build and use them in Germany, but for UEFA matches, they're required to install ticketed single seats in the terraces. Generally they use blocks of molded together seats that drop onto the raised bits, I think.
