1-1 at the half. Getting a point on the road against Wigan would be a great bounce-back from Saturday's loss. Hope the second half goes well, as we leveled it "against the run of play" (according to the QPR site) just before the break. http://www.qpr.co.uk/today/view/breaking_news_detail/0,,10373~293560,00.html
http://www.qpr.co.uk/today/view/breaking_news_detail/0,,10373~293570,00.html 1-1 at Wigan without Gallen (or Furlong) is a pretty good result. That keeps us in 5th place with 28 points -- six points behind the leader (Cardiff took over last night) and five behind the last automatic promotion spot (Oldham and Bristol have 33). Holloway said, "I'm more than happy with the performance. That is more like my team." http://www.qpr.co.uk/today/view/breaking_news_detail/0,,10373~293606,00.html
Can anyone say playoffs?! I think its inevitable. May 11-14, then the final is the 25th. Who else is in for a stress filled trip over?
If we make the playoff final, I might have to go, although it won't come cheap in late May! I've got the miles, so maybe I can go over that way.
Me: Hey wife - How about a trip to England in May? Wife: Sounds great. Maybe we can go to Scotland too, we've never been there. And museums and castles and bed and breakfasts. Me: I was thinking more along the lines of Loftus Road and pub crawls that start at noon.
