Apparently they got docked a further 3pts for last season as well, putting them on a final tally of 39pts. I bet that if those 3pts would have made any difference to the relegation battle they would have added it to this season instead.
I've been to Wigan. The Orwell was closed - on a Thursday - where I was supposed to meet my mates. And I couldn't find a decent pie. In Wigan!! Eff 'em.
It sounds like they've been sold to a local businessman, good for them. They'll still be starting next season on -8pts mind.
