We had a guy on these boards a few weeks back who said that he knew Trump socially. I believed him; he seemed credible. I asked him If Trump in person was as bad as he seems to us to be, could he name anything good about Trump, and his diplomatic answer was, "He does care about his kids." So there's that.
Sounds like the guy had to choose between that and "He has nice teeth." Or "His shoes are always very well polished."
On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd say he cares about them at 1 and about himself at 1,000,000,000,000,000. IMO he'd throw any or all of them under a bus to get what he thinks he's entitled to. I give him credit for zero - zilch - nada when it comes to any amount of caring or empathy toward anyone but his own disgusting piece of shyte self.
Dang! When I read the post about him being on Howard Stern and I first read it as "Ivana," his ex-wife, and not "Ivanka" his daughter. Even saying that about your wife (with her present) is pretty crass, but that (like everything else he does) is so far over the top that he's at rock bottom. Oh, and he does care about his kids. He allows them to get into the family grifting business, so there's that...
He thinks they are too stupid to have learned Trump's first lesson: Trust nobody and f*ck over everybody. "It's only business." I mean, how many Trump family members have sued each other over the years?
Ironically he's more like real gangsters as opposed to the stylized version in which they followed a code of omertà.

"Joe Biden has just announced Aunt Jemima as his VP pick," read the statement posted to the Facebook page of Luray Mayor Barry Presgraves." I could be wrong that he's a Republican. But you know I'm not.
I'll cross post this in the Book Reports thread or in the Why Republicans SHOULD Use New Media thread. https://sellercenter.nuriakenya.com/img/products/Mind******** NuriaKenya.jpg Mindf•ck is a book about Cambridge Analytica's tactics of voter manipulation by one of the architects of it. He describes how the firm identified and targeted people with neurotic or conspiratorial predispositions using social media data from Facebook, then disseminated propaganda designed to deepen and accentuate those traits. For example, if CA found someone who Liked a post about some Jade-Helm or anti-vax nonsense, you could predict a ton of information about them. Using their social media profile, you could probably make guesses about their behavior better than their own family. Then they target that person, and only that person, with information designed to terrify them into radicalism. CA also had access to all of their Friends and could examine all of their profiles and use personalized propaganda on them too. All told, Cambridge Analytica was able to tap into hundreds of millions of Facebook profiles on behalf of their clients in Russia and the Republican Party. They were able to radicalize millions of people on the right and dishearten millions of people on the left in 2016 alone. Nothing whatsoever has been done to prevent this from happening again.
https://www.cnn.com/2020/09/01/us/arthur-love-facebook-post-kyle-rittenhouse-trnd/index.html "A Maryland official who oversaw the state's commission on Black history is out of a job after he posted memes that appeared to show support for the teen gunman who allegedly killed two men during unrest that followed a protest in Kenosha, Wisconsin." That's so much irony, it's like the sun...if you stare at it too long, you go blind. "One of the images that Love allegedly posted shows protesters with the caption: "Defund the police! We can police our own communities..." Below that was an image of Rittenhouse with the caption: " ... policed his community..."
Here's a real turd whose use of social media won't hurt him in the least. https://www.theadvocate.com/acadiana/news/article_77138836-ecc4-11ea-a8d0-772b482469cb.html
President Trump has Covid and he's still made more public appearances today than #HidenBiden. https://t.co/RS5fGGvq7l— Missouri GOP (@MissouriGOP) October 4, 2020
Thought this was an excellent place to place this. In a digital ad intended to paint the picture that America is bouncing back from the coronavirus, the Trump campaign used stock footage from Russia and Slovenia, CNBC reports. The ad was live on the campaign’s Facebook page for two days earlier this month but is now inactive. The ad featured an American flag and then a scene of a tranquil field that was intended to seem like somewhere in the U.S., but the field is actually in Slovenia.
