Why Isn't Colin Clarke coaching MLS?

    Sort of a tangent, but Buzz's mention of CC in another thread begs the question.

    What gives? He did good enough with FCD back in the day- I never really understood why he got sacked in Dallas to begin with.

    AND he really has proved his worth at the helm in Puerto Rico... so what's holding this guy back at this point?

    Is the talent pool getting wider/deeper with the progression of the league? Curious as to other people's thoughts.

    The only thing I can think is that he's just really comfortable in Puerto Rico.

    We had some decent teams under CC but those two playoff series will always haunt his FCD career.

    I knew as I walked out of the park after that 2nd one, that he would not be back with the club. That one stung the worse.

    I agree with the fact he is comfortable in PR. Less pressure on him down there as well.

    He moved to the Carolina RailHawks after the 2011 season.
