OK enough is enough, I'm tired of La Volpe converting the "Mexico NT" into "Mexico FC"

Please post your point of view, and write down *facts* supporting(defending) your descision to stand by it.

    (examples)
ie. What has La Volpe done for the Mexico NT?
ie. How has La Volpe Improved the NT?

ie How is La Volpe hurting the MNT, the players, Mexico??
ie. Why doesn't La Volpe give a "RAT's ASS" about Mexico?
ie. Is it Because he is Agaytinian and he can care less if Mexico gets Humiliated, cuz its not *HIS* countryl.
ie. He only chooses his PNCHES!!! Consentidos vale Berga!!!!!!

these are just a couple examples

I would like this to be a serious THREAD
I would Like To Hear everyone's input for defending him or hating him.

SO PLEASE NO !!! Mosco mode: "I agree" crap

    I want Input!!!!!

I voted that he should be taken to a field and shot for a few different reasons.

La Volpe doesn't call up players who deserve to be on the team like Blanco.
La Volpe perfers naturalizados. This is shown by calling up Sihna and el Guille Franco.
    La Volpe is an argie.
La Volpe consistently calls up Moises Munoz and Maza Rodriguez.
La Volpe always blames other people for his mistakes and never himself.
    La Volpe is a douchebag.
La Volpe calls up el Chato Rodriguez.

So I ask myself, does a man who calls up players like el Chato, el Maza, and Moises Munoz and doesn't call up Blanco, the best player that Mexico has, really smart enough to live, let alone coach the seleccion? My answer is no.

Coaching the Seleccion is more big of a deal than living?

    Damn.

My biggest concern is why in the hell everyone types his last name as "La Volpe" when it's clearly been "Lavolpe" all his life.

I think this one applies more to the pentapichichi.

We don't need another Lavolpe vs Hugo thread.

We all know each one's weaknesses and strengths.

What I meant to say is that La Volpe isn't smart enough to even live so how can he ever be smart enough to coah the seleccion.

About the La Volpe vs. Lavolpe thing, I have seen it spelled both ways many times on many different sites so I'm really not sure. It's just like Sihna; is it Sinha or Zinha?

I'd like to know Lavolpe's strengths.

That's not what you said, though.
Check how Lavolpe himself writes it out.

But don't mind me, I'm just anal.

He hasn't blamed his players, but he does blame the referees, the UNAM directiva, other coaches, he blames everything on Lavolpe and the cangrejos.

Remember the whole "complot" that the referees had against Hugo. Which I think most people agree were just excuses by him for his loses.

Remember how recently after he got sacked from Pumas, he said that it was the directiva's fault that he had such a bad season. People forget very fast don't they.

    I aggree, dogg.

    I don't forget a damn thing.

I don't forget how Lavolpe berated the Mexican player after the defeat by Argentina in Los Angeles.

I don't forget that we don't have any cracks, any creativos, any "10" that Lavolpe needs.

I don't forget that Lavolpe blamed Alberto Medina for the poor Copa de Oro campaign.

    I could go on.

What's worse is that UNAM actually accomplished something under Hugo Sanchez.

And the semi-national team under Lavolpe, the person in question, mind you, what have they accomplished?

    1 title.

    At home.

1st round elimination in all other tournaments (a freebie match in the Confederation's is no feat, nevermind the group stage meltdown in Athens).

Great progress, say the assbackwards gents who support mediocrity.

I no longer spend my time in this forum like I used to.

    There's too much bullsh!t.

Pero tampoco Hugo es una blanca paloma.

Don't waste your time with mortals like me.

    You're the man now, doggree.

    Now it's about character?

You guys need to learn to argue.

That meromero guy in the other thread is ridiculous, too.

"I wonder if people will say the same about Dos Santos in 2010."

Reply: "He was born in Mexico."

"The Argies are Mexican now, too."

Way to follow up a point.

Hopefully he is given this opportunity and of course hopefully he accepts this offer. Great coach, if given the opportunity of something similar to the "El Processo Famoso", he will accomplish great things.

    support for oneself.
    With all due respect.

How chingados you expect THIS to be a "serious THREAD" with such a wording for the poll options? How jodidos you expect serious input? See, your wording has already encouraged muscular, mild-mannered Goofy to become his obnoxious pissant alter ego (or is it?)

    1. What has Lavolpe done for the NT?
As a coach of Atlante, Atlas, etc., gave a chance to a whole bunch of young players to develop eventually into NT players. Borgetti, Pardo, O. Sanchez and Rafa Marquez, the NT leaders, were once his pupils.

2.How has Lavolpe improved the NT?
Easily qualified for the world cup, unlike ANY other NT in the past 28 years.

On the other hand, lemme ask YOU ALL this:

    1. What have YOU done for the NT?
Are you helping in any way by NOT supporting it?
Do you have secret (or overt) wishes for this NT to fail?
    Ever been called a traitor?
Will you rant the same way if Mexico reaches the proposed quarterfinals?
Are you gonna jump the bandwagon?
    2. How have YOU improved the NT?

If LaVolpe calls Gaitan, and leaves out Blanco, Bautista, Carlos Ochoa (he has been consistent with Chiapas), or Aldo De Nigris (I had forgotten about him until last nights hat-trick, but Remember he was excellent during Tigres Libertadores run, but never got opportunitys by the coach with Gaitan, Silvera,Peralta in the line up), I will not wear my Jersey during the whole world cup. I can only take so much, the fact that he has constantly gave chances to Maza, "Chiquis" Garcia, Osorno, "Chato" Rodriguez and insist on bringing in more foreigners while denying C. Ochoas, C. Blanco, Palencia, Bautista is really irritating. Call me what you will but only Mothers possess the "unconditional love" gene and yet even they have to walk away at times. I have reached my limit.
