so what causes them to lose at home? is it the crappy grass and it could be even worse next year with field turf? or is it those goddamn horns?
we need more people coming out to the games. 60,000 metro fans screaming "here we go here we go here go..." on corner kicks. those horns suck
no they lost at home because of a ********* on the sideline not to mention anynames. and those goddamn horns.
That scenario took place in the first season. There were almost 60k fans at the stadium and Metro had a chance to either win over a huge following or look like a bunch of buffoons and scare away a huge number. You know what happened. Metros looked like incredible $hit losing to Galaxy 4-0 (If I remember correctly, Tanque had a hat trick). I took one ex-Cosmos fan to the game and he never went to another Metro game again.
Well, just look at what happens every time we play a double header - we get better than average attendance, and manage to play our worst soccer.
I'll give you a hint. It begins with Z and ends with -ambrano. Of course, if someone stuck one of those horns through Nick's brains that wouldn't hurt either...
too bad soccercows still buy the damn things for their retarded children...thank God that problem is almost solved in 101
have you seen the simpsons episode when bart buys a horn at a St. Particks day parade and he is blowing it the whole time then the duff beer float comes by shooting beer out and everyone where he is standing has their mouths wide open and when the beer comes it all goes down barts horn and he gets drunk and springfield declares it self a Dry town? just a thought crazy idea, maybe we can send beer down those horns while children are blowing them and they might either ban those horns or stop selling beer, which i doubt they will do.
that would be interesting, and who cares if the stop beer sales, I"l just get hammered in the parking lot
exactly, bring a thermos full of beer with you and sneak it in, if it is possible to now since GS sucks
I'm sure that would certainly solve the problem of the Metrostars breaking their lease with the NJSEA. Not to mention pissing off all the other beer loving patrons of the sports complex. A lost liquor license is no joke!
