Why do we have to move and K.C., NY/NJ, and Colorado are fine?

What's up with that, they don't get better attendance than us, well I know K.C. doesn't. Do they just have better deals?

    On moving

Hunt owns KC Wizards. Hunt owns Arrowhead stadium. Therefore, even though KC comes no where near selling out the thing, they've got about as good a deal as anyone in MLS.

Rapids were getting a not-so-good deal at the old Mile High, but are supposedly getting a much better deal at the new place.

NY/NJ would love to move, would love our deal at either the Cotton Bowl or South Lake, but there's no where for them to go. By far the worst stadium deal in MLS.

Geez, MODERATOR. No need to be such an ass. We're just a little frustrated about moving to Southlake.

It's not like he posted this on YOUR forum or the MLS general forum.

5,000 more fans per game at a rental cost of $85,000 more per game, now at a cost of $93,000 - $88,000 per game more than Southlake costs.

Ownership. That's the bottom line. (NY)

Stadium situation (KC) and a decent stadium deal supposedly (Col).

COL, KC and NY, because they have an owner, also want and get the opportunity to hold large audiences with national and club doubleheaders - a smaller stadium and they lose that attendance padding.

NY had inflated attendance numbers. They had one National Team double-header and I am sure they had a few others.

Not only that, NY probably lost more money than the rest of the teams.

I think Jersey loses more than the rest of the league COMBINED.

Which is part of the reason we need ALL of the league fans to write the NJ legislature to get the Harrison deal approved and change that fact.

This link to the Metros website has a bunch of info about the project, including design sketches and the contact info of some of the major players in the proposed deal.
