Why are the Metros on Spanish Radio?

    Why are the Metros on Spanish 1280 AM Radio?

    Is it because, after thorough marketing analysis, the Metros have discovered that a large percentage of their fan base is hispanic.

    Or is it because this is the only station that will carry the games.

    I know at the games, they have the p.a. speak english and spanish and do ads in english and spanish, but I never really noticed that there were that many hispanic people at the games.

    Any ideas?

    Because WRKL, the POlish radio station, doesn't have a wide enough broadcast area.
