Defoe called off on a close call that probably would have scored. Noble hits crossbar. Adrian with near howler. Somrwhat interesting. Sunderland playing 4141 and looking solid defensively.

Kirchoff sitting deep has really solidified them. He allows cattermole to fly all over being the menace he is.

Antonio scored out of nowhere. Van Aarnholt at fault.

Van ahnholt abused for goal. They have been going after his side a bit.

I just dont think I'd have him as a left back, but a left winger, I think he's probably useful though.

The crossbar shot was an unreal save actually. Sometimes Yedlin looks like he has no idea what he's doing with his off the ball movements.

Big Sam probably has told him to stay back, but that makes him fight his natural instincts to attack.

yedlin put it on a plate for rodwell, who shot at the keeper even though there was a ton of daylight on net

LOL at that Rabona attempt by the Sunderland player that can't even put in a decent corner.

Slomo replay showed it definitely was an attempt at a Rabona.

Absolutely. I'd fake a hammy or something to give him time to cool off.

The right wing brought little. Jones to lb, van ahn to lw, rabonna to right.

I tried to watch the game but not good enough and I went back to bed after 10 minutes. Glad Yedlin did well. He has reached a new level. He doesn't have to be a big hero to get a start at Tottenham next season, just do his job. Sunderland's green away kits match their dismal football. Aanholt is somebody you buy for the hi-lites and sell for the lo-liltes. I'd rather have the current Yedlin.
