Who's the player that most infuriates you (football-wise)

    I was watching Newcastle vs Everton yesterday and while I have no affiliation either way, Laurent Robert was winding me up no end. A lot of talent, but he was constantly wasting possession. It must drive the forwards batshit to have him on the wing, never mind the 19 out of every 20 free kicks that seem to end up in the stand.

    So I thought, leaving aside aggravating cvnts like Robbie Savage, who do you think is the most infuiriating player in The Premiership purely from a football point of view?

    Ashley Cole..... not just in an arsenal shirt mind you. I think he's just a little prat, who only plays his best when he is all wound up - unfortunately that is when his jerky behavior is at it's best as well. He reminds me of someone I would enjoy cleating in the calves alot!

    I could not agree more. Actually most of Arsenal annoys me except Viera and Campbell.

    Another one that really annoys me and I have no idea why is Barry Ferguson. I just hate him.

    Then there are the usuals: Alan Smith, El-Hadji Diouf (spitting incident aside), McManaman, Ivan Campo.

    Jesper Gronjkaer. God DAMN if he could only cross. So useful until the final ball, so useless as the rest of the team watches his "cross" sail into row Z.

    Damn, damn, damn....I should have remembered him. He infuriated me while he played for Chelsea. Kind of like Babayaro and Geremi now.

    Ruud Van Nistellrooy and not just because he wears a United shirt. Although he does score a good number of goals, he is an absolute poacher. Some of the people on these boards could score the goals he does, I'm not sure if I have ever seen him score from outside the six yard box. I think he is totally overvalued.

    Shearer is a forward. Who is NUFC's best winger? Mr Shearer. The bloke is a fooking legend. Watch him week in week out. Bravo Big Al. You are some boy.

    If anyone could score those goals, then why don't they? Why aren't you on 10s of thousands a week having scored 30-odd goals in 30-odd CL games?

    Rooney and Cronaldo.
    I don't hate ManU or anything like that. Those two players just have been annoying me to death lately. So much talent, yet they play like idiots (well, CRonaldo moreso than Rooney). They remind me of Kobe Bryant in basketball.

    Ronaldo, Rooney, Lehmann. All very annoying. Felt bad for Rooney when he broke his foot in the Euro though, I thought it was a well-disguised cheap shot by the Portuguese.
