More like Chiellini felt he was underpaid and complained to his manager, who decided to pass the word to Man Siteh. Man Siteh made a bid, Chiellini's manager had leverage, Juve extended and thru money at him. Not that he doesnt deserve every penny.
How am I trolling any more then you are? You claim Juventus were trying to sell a player and you have nothing to back it up. I say you stop trolling.
I have referred you to the countless direct quotes from the Juventus management and owners. You have referred me to nothing.
You have provided nothing. Nothing at all. The summer of 2007 was full of Chiellini whining about playing time and potential moves with Ranieri whining about Chiellini and actively looking for replacements.
I don't need to provide anything because I have never heard anyone from the board down to managment say they were shopping Chiellini. And there was not one word from Chiellini complaining about playing time summer of 2007 because that season he was a regular starter.
Big win for Udinese, was a great game. I enjoy watching EUFA Cup matches TBH, mainly cause I get to watch teams and players that I can't watch in their domestic leagues. Also, it's a change from the CL usual teams. Very underrated competition. Forza Udinese! Only Italian team left in Europe.
See, that's why I love this competition. Who knowns what would happen if Braga won the whole thing, I know as a Portugese soccer observer I'd be happy.
Man City will be lucky to get out of Denmark without conceding at least two goals. You heard it here first.
Quite a few evenly matched teams.. CSKA Moscow are looking solid from what I have seen (especially their defense), and Manchester City played quite well against the Danes. I have a feeling that a club from Eastern Europe will be victorious, but it's definitely hard to pick a winner at this stage.
You called it! Aaalborg toyed with City and had two clear penalties denied because of the typical "I wanna suck English cock" refs we have these days. It's pathetic! And so are City. Those terrorists that bought the team must be thinking, what the fuck did we do.
Duck, too much! I just know what happens when teams think things due to one match. Two factors to consider, 1.) Aalborg are a decent side with solid talent; I'd love to see Califf with this team but Aalborg decided to be penny cheap and in the end it hurt them. 2.) It's winter in Denmark still; that's one place that's as cold as (you know). I think Shaktar will get to the finals. In reality the only two "powerful" Europeans sides left are Werder and Man City, with Udniese being the "Middlesboro" from this year's tournament.
