Who Would the Rapids Waive?

    "According to Hankinson there is room for Conteh under the salary cap, but in order to make a roster spot available, the Rapids would need to waive a player." - Denver Post

    The question is, who would the Rapids waive and why?

    Isn't there a rookie forward named Blake? Maybe him, get rid of youth for experience. Set Blake up on the reserve team and bring him back next season or something. This is why rosters need to be expanded!!!

    Heard a rumor that Sleeth is on the short list to be cut.

    Would be a shame for them to Waive blake to make room for Fat Abdul, especially after Blake looked better than ATC on the field last night...
