Your continued ignorance towards Keane is astounding.

Kuyt also plays because he balances out the team. You cant just stick a more talented, less hard working wing player in for kuyt and expect to get better results. Team cohesion and balance would be affected.

    Errrrrrr.....o.....k.....

If you're trying to argue that Kuyt is a more dangerous weapon on offense than Tevez, you're fighting a losing battle.
I severely doubt Kuyt has scored 31 first team goals, provide a link showing that. (Wikipedia shows him scoring 7 goals in Europe last year:confused:)....I think he's scored 26 goals in 110 or so apps. So he scores a goal every 4 games.
Tevez has 20 goals in 60 or so apps. So he scores a goal every 3 games.

And about Europe.....Tevez scored 4 goals last year (12 apps), which is one less than Kuyt has scored in 3 years at Liverpool (25+ apps).

    So......ummmm.....yea.....

Tevez (a support striker) has a better goal ratio at Man Utd than Kuyt ( supposedly a striker) at Liverpool.

Kuyt has scored 31 goals for Liverpool. 10 of those were in the Champions League.

Here's my website to prove it.

    http://flexandeffects.co.uk/Red Planet/LFC2008_project.html

I am not saying Kuyt is better than Tevez, he is not but then he cost £9 million and Tevez will cost at least 3 times that.

About the part in bold - that is completely wrong. Kuyt scored 7 goals in the CL last year which is 3 more than Tevez and both made 12 appearances. I have no idea why you think that 4 goals is one less than 10 goals? Were you intending to say something else?

Gotcha. I don't agree that Kuyt is much of an offensive threat, but I see what you were saying.

    Kuyt: 303 mins
    Tevez: 213 mins

They both have a single assist.

Kuyt has scored against PSV and also Standard Liege (in the Qualifying round). Which assist for Kuyt are you referring to?

The qualifying round has never counted when discussing or ranking CL players. His assist was for Gerrard's long-range strike in the opener against Marseille.

So why are they a minimum of 5 points of the leaders in the league???

And have yet to beat any of the other "top 4" sides?

Keano was excellent this weekend huh. Did you see that miss he had? He could have just layed down and let it bounce of his body and scored. What a pathetic player.

You do realise that no Italian has ever scored more International goals than Robbie Keane? Ireland hardly compares with Italy in footballing terms and yet the 'pathetic' Keane has outscored every single Italian ever except Riva while playing for an inferior team! Your bile towards Keane is misplaced.
