If Italy plays as well as they did with Germany, I think they'll win. They were amazing.
    Congratulations, Italians.

    - germany were not favourites for either 2008 or 2010. anyone who thinks they were is mistaken
    - england were favourites v germany, and many if not most were convinced, going into the match, that man for man we were far the superior side. an hour later, perceptions were a little different.
    - congrats italy, unlucky germany, great tournament from both of them.

The only favorite 2014 can be Spain. And I hate those animals.
But allllll the other teams can win it too. That's what we've seen this Euro.
Italy who ********ed up against Russia and were not very efficient the whole tournament ********ed Germany with 2 goals in 20 minutes. That's what I call a change.

Netherlands were favorites and ********ed up bad. So football is crazy and ********ed right now. Let the world end in 2012! Lets pray

At all I was rooting for Germany, Sweden & Denmark.
Sweden had bad luck, but Im not surprised. Denmark did actually well.

I was convicend of Germany to win
After all I just dont like how Germany played. It was nothing like 2010, 2011...Me as swede I was total in love with that style of playing. Fast shifting & counter attack. I was sure that Germany is the best team in the world but in 2012 I didnt see anything of that. Im totally disappointed. they played just like Netherlands or Bayern. They tried to dominate and rolled the ball in front of penalty area. Thats how they anticipated their chances.
I would love to see Götze & Reus as winger or Reus on top and Schürrle and Götze on the wings. Better always to set on young players. We saw the result in 2010! It would have worked again.

Well, for now I think Italy will take it.

The group phase was pretty interesting, but the playoff has been a bore. Watching Spain play is as pleasant as slicing your wrists, while England vs Italy, Czech Rep. vs Portugal and Greece vs Germany were one-sided affairs with the intensity of a Sunday school game. Only Italy has been playing some great football with Italy -Germany the only slightly entertaining game.

Hence I sure hope that Italy win this, because else the drudged borefest that is Spain will gloat about being the best in the world for 2 more years...

Well the Euro is ********ed anyways. Germany out and the Netherlands out in the group stage....that was too much ^^

Now we have the world champion from 2006 and the champions from 2008 and 2010 AGAIN in 2012 in the finale. Couldn't be worse.

I guess in 2014 it's Brazil or again Spain. Maybe Italy :D
