Santos IMO is top 5 teams in the Americas,even when Luduena was injured Santos was still getting good results.

Yakobu and Marioni are 2 different players Marioni more technacally gifted while Yakobu is has way more speed and strength.

In some cases like River - Santos Laguna.
But in other is a total lack of BALLS and choking like Chivas time and time again.
Plus Pachuca already won a S.american title so that's not a serious argument.

Lack of experience is what I think it is.

Chivas is the best club in Mexico during this whole year and they were out in the group stage.

Chivas was a total failure unfortunately. In my opinion Santos Laguna is still a more complete team than Chivas. Unlike Chivas, Santos has forwards that can actually score consistently. Chiva's forwards sometimes disappear for weeks as many of us saw in Libertadores. If I'm not mistaking they went like three games straight where they couldn't score ONE single gol.

lol. yeah. you guys think libertadores is the great shit but some mexican directivos don't make it a priority all the time. case in point: this year's guadalajara. if chivas wanted this trophy this year they'd still be around.

nah, they just suck internationally.


if they didn't want it to be a priority, they would have not played well in the interliga, like cruz azul and toluca usually do. why spend all that money on travel when they didn't want to win it? that's just nonsense and a stupid excuse for their poor showing.

Well they scored away, so that's a positive. Hopefully the game doesn't get out of hand like it did the first time they met.

I don't think they forgot to attack, IMO the coach's game plan was to try and keep the score as low as possible and try to find a goal on a counter. No one could of though that ATLAS would be up in less than 10 minutes, so once they scored (and IMO got EXACTLY what they wanted, which was to score in Argentina at least 1 goal) they are on the same game plan. I doubt they'll change it in the 2nd half. They'll just be waiting to get a good counter chance or a set ball play. A 2-2 or even this 1-1 will be good enough. VAMOS ZORROS!!!!
