I wouldn't say that for Boca, Estudiantes and San Lorenzo, but for River, Lanús and Arsenal then yes. Also they should tale some spots from Brazil too after all, they get the same spots we get and it just changes depending the champion, like last year Boca won so Argentina had 6(4 to the groups 2 to the qualifying round) and Brazil 5(4 to the groups 1 to the qualifying round), if Fluminense wins Brazil will have 6 and Argentina 5.

But then again you could say that spots don't make a difference if you have a finalist from Ecuador who just gets 2 spots in the groups stage and 3rd team failed to make it past the qualifying round. Like i suggested before they could get it to 40 participants, 4 from each country. 24 directly to the groups and the other 16 to the qualifying round. 4 countries get 3 spots(12) and the remaining 6 gets 2(The other 12 to complete the 24), so the country that gets the less would get 2(sort of what happens now) but the one that gets the most would get no more than 4(and in reality with more or less chances any country could get the 4 spots).
