Has anyone postulated that Joe Cannon could come back to MLS as the 'replacement' for the soon to depart Tim Howard? Any thoughts? I know he's leaving his current club.
Will Tim really be leaving ? Has the contract agreement between Man U and MLS been succesfuly implemented ?
Nothing is carved in stone... ...and I have mixed feelings over the possible sale but you have to wonder what the Metros would do if he leaves. He's such a huge part of the current culture of the Metrostars and I worry that having an unknown (in MLS terms) come in to backstop would have a negative impact on the players as well as fans.
