Who should Wolves new manager be?

    I think he did well at Saints until he left for Spurs.

    A 6 month contract makes me think Wolves are still looking for someone long term. For the time being, Hoddles job is to make sure they don't get relegated.

    Hoddle's first match in charge will be Saturday at Watford. Stuart Gray will coach his final match tonight, at home against Millwall, and then will remain on the staff as an assistant to Hoddle.

    That's what I meant. Left Southampton at the first sign of a better job opportunity.

    It certainly poses a few questions. I guess it shows that Wolves are after instant results. I don't think that avoiding relegation is the aim - the team has been performing well enough under Gray to manage that (avoiding relegation - not achieving it!). Maybe the board think that the stigma surrounding Megson will have worn off in 6 months time?

    I guess they'll be dragging Hoddle out onto the pitch before kick off tonight - let's see what reception he gets.
