Maybe. If his legal problems don't get to him first.

    I was actually being serious

He was the type of player that led and tried to bring out the best in his teammates. Temoc was a hot head and said & did some dumb things throughout his career, but towards his later years as a player he got more level headed and matured

I’m a Chivas fan but I recognize his talent

No. He is not dumb and I'm speaking from personal experience. I've met him in a professional setting and the guy was insightful and measured. This was later in his career. Great player and he would do well in the locker room.... but not sure If he can coach and if has the x's and o's down. That is a different story.

As a player he was great...as a coach no.

Glad you got to meet him and glad you liked him though.

    True

We may never know if he can coach. All I was trying to say is that Temoc has the characteristics and personality to be a great coach.

Everything else is up in the air

I would agree with that. He would have to start with getting his license (If he does have it)... then work his way up for experience, before we ever could have the discussion If he is National Team material.

Philippe Montanier's Real Sociedad played beautiful football.

I did like Prandelli...until he shit the bed in the world cup... and now he is snorting that oil money.

Almeyda is clearly the first choice.

Bielsa hasnt finished a project since he left Athletic Bilbao. He would demand complete control and would quit at any moment. He would be better as an Director of Youth Development if FMF had their own academy.

Matias Almeyda's track record at Chivas is not as good as his five cups claim to be. Last season he failed to win a single game at home. He missed out on League playoffs twice in a row. With the league being the most difficult tourney the club competed in. A quick look at the rivals faced in Copa MX, CCC and Super Cup wins paint a diffrent reality. This isnt to say he cant do a good job just to not expect anything revolutionary.

Matis strenght is that he can build a good group. And with the national team being in transition next cycle that can be a very good thing.

I dont like JCO but at this point it would make sense to keep him on board. He has a good work ethic, knows the region and understands the rivals. Also, he has won over the core group of the National Team.

One of the main priorities for this next cycle is to find a true tenacious defensive midfielder. We didn’t use one for this cup or the last couple of years.

I love Gallito and should have been in the squad but he’ll be too old for 2022.

We need to find the next Torrado.

Would like to see a 8 yr plan .. with objective being 2026 .. something akin to what Germany has been doing .. directivos at club level looking to move players to Europe ..
