Olmos got booted out and now who will take charge to take Chile to the World Cup? Would the replacement be fired it Chile does not make it to Germany?

At 4pm EST today a press confrenece will happen at Vina del Mar, can someone update? They should be announcing the new DT.

I would like to see Pelligrini as the new DT. He has shown with Villarreal in Spain alot of sucess and I would like to see un Chileno still as DT.

One bad thing about this is with 5 games left was this the right thing to do?

    What do you guys think?

If it is Acosta and Salas, Jorge Vargas do not represent then the team will have to pull together much more then before. By the way, when is Navia expected to be back from his injury?

Acosta was offered a lower salary than he made with the team is now DT with Cobreloa and this has made Pizzaro the next choice and he accepted and now is the new DT for Chile. I firmly believe now that Sanchez offer Acosta a lower salary so Pizzaro can named DT for Chile. Jaime Pizzaro was an excellent player with COLO COLO. But there is a saying good players do not always make a good DT. Hopefully he proves this wrong.

Pizarro would be the best replacement.
