Soon the Women's World Cup final will be history. I would like the forum to have an opinion who should give the World Cup trophy to the winning team on Sunday. I would like to see Queen Elizabeth II, who is also Queen of Canada, to hand over the trophy, especially if England makes it to the finals. Otherwise, I would like a Canadian women's soccer legend, like a Charmaine Hooper or even Christine Sinclair, hand it over to the winning team's captain.
A 6' 8" tall mounted Canadian Mountie should ride in, have his horse take a crap all over the center circle of artificial turf, and then present the trophy to Sepp who will drop it due to the handcuffs but the winner can then pick it up like a found object ... a nice finishing flourish would be to slide tackle Sepp into the Mountie's Mount's 'doodie'.
Funny, I guess. You'd just like to poke a stick in the eye of Sepp Blatter (who needs one, to be sure) at the expense of the women who've worked so hard for this. No thanks.

Seriously Sincy deserves this for carrying this country's soccer program on her back for so many years. She has been one of the best players in the world for a period of many years. She may be on the decline now, but that setup for Tanc goes down as an all-time classic. If Tanc had scored that would have gone down as one of the best ever. Here's hoping that we have a great final.
