Stupid thread, I know, but that thought came to mind as I was driving home. I drove from Stewartstown, Pennsylvania, about an hour and 20 minutes. I'm sure there are others who had longer.
Our friend John Tannenwald(sp?) aka DCAjedi drove in from Penn man i didnt know that from pennsylvania was only a 1 hour 20 minute drive. it takes about 2 hours from Richmond
I came from western MD. It's a little over 2 hrs. About 140 miles or so. Too bad we didn't play, how should I put this........very good.
I came from Hanover and a guy from York was there, so the York County contingent was three strong. My drive is about 1:45-2:00
yeah, i don't win... but i came from philadelphia, we left at 3:30 and got to the chipotle in college park at 6, got to RFK at 7:10. got back to philly at midnight. one rest stop each way.
I came from a fantasy land where Hristo and Marco both capture their late 1990s form and led us to victory. I hope to never make that trip again. Sachin
Re: Re: Who made the longest trip to see the game? Yeah, the drive from York is 1:30 to the New Carrollton Metro. Then its another 20 min to the stadium. Wow! 3 from York County...amazing!
Re: Re: Re: Who made the longest trip to see the game? I don't bother with the metro. Take 295 all the way to East Capital Street, park in lot 8. Easy in, easy out, no hassle with the metro.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Who made the longest trip to see the game? I was telling greenbill that Saturday. First time I drove, I was hooked.
