If your talking from a personal prefrance then i would say Lazio all of the time. But as a nutural when you have a team like Juventus who have won the Serie A title 26 or 27 times then it's pretty hard to argue against it. So Juventus are proberbly best but best is such aloose word, you could of asked most succesful or somthing of the nature.
