I dont really know. any thoughts?
Has to be someone from the top african teams that didn't make it. I would vote for Eto'o.
Eto'o and another good player is Martins from Nigeria.
he certainly isnt the best but Mutu plays very well on the International stage
Recoba and Lugano are also very good.
If not limited to strikers, I would say Veron.
Mark van Bommel
recoba did nothing in qualifiers, i would hardly consider him the best in the world not playing in the world cup. my vote goes for eto'o as well.
I said he is very good and I consider that Uruguay would be a better addition to the World Cup than Australia. But the thing is that they didn't deserve it.
Sure, Eto'o is much better than Recoba.
Carlos Ruiz and Shalrie Joseph!
At least from CONCACAF
It has to be the man spearheading the attack for French Ligue 1 champs Olympique Lyonnais - Johnny Carew.
My boy Mutu.
has to be Etoo
Sam Eto and Diego Forlan
Forlan, Had he not been injured/unavailable for the Australia showdown, he probably would have been in 06
Let's see..there's Eto'o, Martins, Robbie Keane, Duff, Roy Keane, Mutu, the Altaintop brothers, John Carew to name a few.
No he wouldn't have been in 06. AUS would have beat URU with him playing as well. It was written in the stars. See, my opinion of the theoretical is just as valid as yours.
v Bastard will probably not select him to go to Germany
eto is not playing
has to be ETo
I can't believe it! Who is the coach going to call instead of him?
MVB is a great player.
