    recoba did nothing in qualifiers, i would hardly consider him the best in the world not playing in the world cup. my vote goes for eto'o as well.

    I said he is very good and I consider that Uruguay would be a better addition to the World Cup than Australia. But the thing is that they didn't deserve it.

    Sure, Eto'o is much better than Recoba.

    No he wouldn't have been in 06. AUS would have beat URU with him playing as well. It was written in the stars. See, my opinion of the theoretical is just as valid as yours. :p
