Who is going to Georgia & Albania?

Discussion in 'Ireland' started by maiko99, Mar 9, 2003.

  1. Is there any ideas where Irish supporters will meet somewhere to paint the green?

Actually I can't find any accomodation in Tblisi and Tirana at the moment.
But even if I have to sleep on the street, I will get there to support "Boys In Green!"

Myself and 2 mates are going to Albania, I will be booking it this week.

Dont need accomodation in Tirana as we are getting the overnight ferry from Italy the night before the game and returning straight after the game.

Its a fair bit of travelling in a short space of time but 6 points from the two games will make it all worth while.

I'll keep an ewye out for the Galway jersey!!!

  3. Finally I could find the accomodation in Georgia!
I can't find it in Albania, although...
I will try to do my best, anyway.

Tomorrow we will have "St. Patrick's day Parade" here in Tokyo. I will wear the "Supermac's" jersey and dance an Irish dancing during the parade.

I'm so excited to go to Georgia and Albania soon...!!
I hope the team will gain 6 points and I'll see many Irish supporters there.

And I hope I'll see you, Jnr, there in Albania!

I'm curious, what is your route to Georgia and Albania and how long will it take?

Maiko99. I have been to Georgia and Albania. You can find accomodation when you get to Albania. I did.
Happy St. Patrick's Day to you, too! Tanoshii ryokou o sugoshite kudasai!

Two of my favorite countries. Seriously. Take the time to check out more than the matches (and definitely more than dismal Tirana) if you have the time.

  8. I will fly to Georgia via Istanbul by Turkish Air and it takes me about 18 hours! (included the flight connection time) After the Georgian Match, I will have to stay in Tblisi by the 1st April because of no flights until then. I will fly to Tirana via Istanbul on the 1st,and I will stay there until 3rd. Then I will fly back to Istanbul and stay there until 5th and then I will go back to Japan.

    That's a long way, but I don't care!

I will check out even Georgian wine!

    O.K! See you there soon!

And Happy Paddy's Day to all of you!
