With Brazil playing the U.S next Saturday, I was curious, who is faster, Donovan or Ronaldinho. I mean in terms of acceleration and speed.

Really? I'd say the reverse. Partly because Landon runs around so much all the time, one doesn't really appreciate his acceleration. But watch when he changes direction - he gets to top speed dang fast. Technically, though, ronaldinho's better.
over 5-10 yards its close, I couldn't say who is quicker, after that Landon is much faster. That being said Ronaldinhio is better at almost every other aspect of the game.
Who is the fastest, quickest, Best acceleration Best (or worst) looking, (They're both a "little" spooky) Really doesn't matter on the field. It's a matter of what you do with the ball when you get to it and there's only one winner. No not Donovan..!
speed doesn't mean anything... let's change the question: "how many times is ronaldinho better than donovan?" if speed would win games we would put michael johnson and donovan bayley in the midfield....
