Who had the better VaTech tribute jerseys? DC or Houston? Or is it the thought that counts, good for both of them to care enough to make the gesture? Anyone bothered by it?

I, for one, thought the Orange Not Really Crushing People Right Now looked nice in maroon; the white-Dynamo-lettering across the middle of the shirt really popped out with a darker color.

This thread is the first time I got to see the DC tops. No surprise there, really. I think maroon is bad luck.

Tributes are well and good and Dynamo raised money for them and that's awesome.

Now let's get back to orange and let's get back to the business of winning.

Considering we remembered that VaTech also has orange in there, and we wore a uniform style that we've worn before, so that people can recognize the team without the name being printed on it, I'd say Dynamo.

Okay, so the orange was on the socks, but at least we remembered.

We really, really, really needed maroon socks with the maroon shirts.

In fact, I'd go as far as to say that it was the maroon shirts/orange socks combination that caused us to lose the match.

Seriously though, glad it was done for VT.

Great job by both organizations. It was cool that the VT coach was able to come out to Robertson.

I thought ours looked better, but maybe I'm just biased.

They looked brown at one point too.
