the best active manager today is Guus Hiddink, having him would be fantastic
    but thats not gonna happen
    so i'd take lippi
if u can get an italian coach, get one,and lippi has a nice ass resume

    Keep Carlo.

He built this team to what it is today: a European dynasty. What he lacks in in-game perspective he makes it up with his incredible patience and love of his players. He has the opportunity to out perform Sacchi but best of all if he does it will be on his terms which is an ideology that is based on good football.

The rumor mill in Barcelona is that Jose is going to take over at end of the season. I would bring in Frank Rijkaard.

The nucleus of Ronaldo, Pato, Kaka, Pirlo, Gourcuff and any new creative players would benefit from Rijkaard's creative formations allowing the players to be use their skills.

    Definetly not Jose !
He built up a team of Wreslters at Chelsea, and I like to see quality technical football, that only these players can offer. Jose, will come and want to win the league, he knows you need physical players, and players like Pirlo especially might suffer consequences, and that is WRONG ! Pirlo, brings out the beautiful part of the game, the technical and creative part, not players like Ballack , for example !
Ancelotti brings the beautiful game, not Mourinho !
If Ancelotti leaves for the national team of Italy, I would preffer Lippi , from the choices above. I would actually preffer Tassotti, since he knows the team better than all, and with Billy assistant !
Although I would not be surprised to see Donadoni swap place with Ancelotti.., Donadoni is one of the family, has manny friends at Milan !
If he wins the Euros the fans would love him than !

Also, Mourinho has very little chance.., not only foreing coaches dont do well there (at least in modern times), but he has a very big ego, and with Berlusconi coaches have to be "Very humble" and patient! :D

    Mourinho hahaha
    his styled BORED football.
if hes in charge of AC Milan, you can say goodbye to "beautiful football".

Ancelotti is doing fine right now, why change?
If we do change, I prefer Lippi!

The only way Ancelotti will be gone is if we don't qualify for the Champions League next season or he resigns himself.

I said Lippi, only because I think the form of
play has gotten stale. I'm not a huge fan of Jose.
I know he is successful where ever he has been, but
his style of play and attitude turn me off.

Rijkaard's tactics are good, but I think he is the same
    personality stlye as Ancelotti...too mellow.

Either Milan needs to invest in players or have a new
manager to offer new challenges to the current side.

I think Milan is the most loyal club board I have ever
seen in sports...that can be a good thing and sometimes bad.

if italy fail to win euro08 or do good..i think the figc will ask ancellotti to coach in which case he will accept n resign as milan coach...but i dont think he will be fired unless they dont make cl like mentioned above

Of the options above, I would choose Lippi because I feel that he might do a better job than Ancelotti at developing our younger players. For example, Gourcuff might get more time on the pitch.

Is there any chance that an assistant like Tassotti would get the job?

You can knock jose all you want about his tatics and the way he plays but the 1 thing you can't knock him for is the fact that he wins where ever he goes! And when he managed Porto couple years ago, they did not play boring football. But I do agree with chelsea it was different and pretty hard to stay awake for some of there games.

I agree with a lot of the board that Ancelotti shouldn't be going anywhere unless he resigns.

    cmon thats not true
how hard is it really to become champs in england with 11 superstars?i think lots of managers could've pulled that off
+he didnt manage to do anything big in the champions league

didn't ranieri have the same team before he took over? and why aren't they on top of the table now with 11 superstars? and didn't he win a CL with porto or am I forgetting something. And just beacuse he didn't win the CL with chelsea doesn't take away the fact that he still a great manager. And how is the statment that I made that he wins where ever he goes not true. He brought a porto team back to the top of there league and crushed everyone that year. and with chelsea he won a title every single year.
Jose brings out the best in his team and demands perfection. Didn't say I liked his style but I can respect the fact that he's a great manager.
