I don't know. Who would be easier to beat in KC? I know if it was LA it would be a more exciting match.

Here, it would be Colorado. I'm not worried about either. We've got our toughest game right here.

San Jose is going to be tougher to get past than either one of these two, IMO. I certainly hope the players aren't looking past them (I'm sure they're not.) That being said, it probably all depends on whether Ruiz and Herzog can go close to 90 minutes or not. If not, they're going to be more beatable than the Rapids, I think. Cannon is a freakin' wall.

(And yes, Andy, I know Bo's been doing better lately. Can I still call myself a Wizards fan if I think Cannon is still the better keeper?)

Look at it this way, the sooner the Quakes are out of the playoffs, the sooner Landon can get back to his sister.

I agree that SJ is gonna be the toughest game. After that, I would love to see LA get their a$$es handed to them by Colorado, because I hate LA so much.

Go rapids. They are "hurt" up front, so a Colorado win becomes a likely 1-0 win at home in the Conference final. With LA, the game has a better chance of becomming a high scoring game that doesn't favor KC.

Bump. [result]Colorado takes the lead 1-0 in the 29 minute (or so).[/result] And Ruiz is a diving bastard.

Not that I care, but you might want to add an [R] to this thread. Ruiz is a diving bastard though.

well the 1-0 lead holds up, and the Crapids take a 1-0 lead into LA next week.

LA looks like crap. They have no modivation to play the game.

It is a sad day when your best striker/player pass the ball away and doesn't go to goal at the end of the game. To make it worse the tv commentors asked why he didn't try to create a pk. Good stuff.

Re: who do we root for in COL v LA?

The first 30 minutes of that match was almost unwatchable. It was like to youth teams playing and just kicking the ball nowhere if even the slightest pressure was around. I gues it was nerves. Once Colorado scored though the annoucers called it right, they gained confidence and Chung was playing with a bit of swagger.

LA was just pitiful all day except Marshall made some good plays. Ruiz is still someone I'd like to punch for his baby ass approach to fouls. He's better than 95% of the players on the field and he would rather play mouse than man and squinch his face all up with raithing pain on his shin when his heel was knicked. LA is yelling at each other now and upset with every other players game instead of looking at their own. Colorado is more professional. If we face them we must score on them first and not allow any confidence; 1-0 games would be fine with me. LA has more potential upside if they turn it around but I don't think they will.

In retrospect, this is probably the most pointless thread on the boards (for either KC or LA).
