I thought Roma came first than I see that Lazio was formed in 1900. So when exactly was AS Roma the football club formed??? Thanks.
Lazio may be the orginal squad, but Roma is the first squad of the capital city! Sorry if my Italian is broken.
Lazio is more the club of the suburbs while Roma is the club of the city. It is a throw back to the old days when Roma was located in the city and Lazio in the outskirts. Today, they both share the same stadium.
