It has recently come to light that Juventus are in slight debt (18-22 million Euros). This is nothing copared to most Italian teams. The club can pay these off in the next couple years while taking new debts, so we always will be paying debts but never going under. The new regulations may require for Juve to prove themselves financially stable, which may include getting rid of the debt. If Juve were to do this they may want to sell a player. Juve sell good players and buy more players who develop all the time (Zidane). There are transfer rumours going around about who we'll buy, but who will we get rid of. Surely rebuilding the defense and defensive midfield, as well as getting another right midfielder, will come at the expense of some players. We have many older players, but would we sell them for low prices? It might be a better investment to keep their experience. Trezeguet is probably leaving. Nedved is linked with Chelsea, but who isn't? Davids will be sold (he's already gone). Anyone got any other information, suggestions, comments, etc?

The problem is nobody really wants to buy Juventus players cause the majority of them aren't really worth anything. However if Juve were to become financially desperate than Milan would gladly take Maresca off your hands :D

Surely you must be kidding nobody wants to buy Juve players?
Is that why Barca want to take Trez for way more than he is worth and way more than he can produce for them?

Then there is Nedved he was stellar last year and just because he had a mediocre year means he is crap and no one wants to buy him?

This is just talking about the big stars that Juve are likely to sell not to mention Tudor who will more than likely go to a smaller Italian outfit along with Zalyeta

You as a Milan fan cannot honestly look me in the face (figuratively of course) and tell me you woundnt want the likes of Trez and Nedved in your squad. Then there are the backbone players of Juve (DP, Zambrotta, Tachi, Buffon) that any team in the world would welcome if they were to be offered for sale. Including the best goalkeeper in the world in Buffon he might be able to help you in that position as Dida has looked out of sorts on the last stretch (one word DEPOR) plus the defence isnt going to get any stronger anytime soon even if you sign Stam he is no Maldini who will soon not have the game shape required to start the majority of the games (although with Maldini you can never know ask the guys at the milan institue, they were astounded last year to find that he has better fitness than 3 years earlier!?!?!?)

As for Maresca why would you sign him he is a good player and all but he has the same characteristics as Kaka and Rui and the ones on your team are proven performers Maresca still has a long way to hold down a permenant first team spot.

David Trezeguet should he go will be for no less than 30 million Euros.
Igor Tudor would be worth at least 5 million Euros.

As for Enzo Maresca he is the future of Juve and will be there for much time to come if Moggi uses his head. As for Pavel Nedved as much as i love him he is getting up in age and if Chelseas bids would go for no less than 20 million Euros.

Then lets remember Juve doesn't necessarily have to rush out and buy since they can call back some loan stars.

    Andrea Gasbarroni
    Giuseppe Sculli
    Alessandro Frara
    Cristian Zenoni
    Fabian Carini

Plus they have a primavera squad consisting some very good players.

    Gianluigi Buffon
    Gianluca Zambrotta
    Enzo Maresca
    Fabrizio Miccoli
are all in their early to mid twenties and are committed to the club for a few years to come.

The defense needs sprucing up but unlike A.C.Milan and Inter Milan who can spend recklessly and get away with it Juventus have to manage finances more closely.
