Erik Buckman by far. He is being scouted by Colorado and looks awesome. Mad skills all around. He's being compared to Henry.

Here's the roster from the last U15 camp.

Goalkeepers (4) Francisco Hernandez (Fresno, Calif.), Evan Newton (Virginia Beach, Va.), Bryant Rueckner (Fontana, Calif.), Kevin Sweetland (Hartford, Conn.)

Defenders (11): Chris Cano (Staten Island, N.Y.), Richard Edgar (Mechanicsville, Md.), Jesse Henderson (West Bloomfield, Mich.), Eric Lichaj (Downers Grove, Ill.), Ofori Sarkodie (Huber Heights, Ohio), Jeffrey Scannella (Alpharetta, Ga.), Kenneth Walker (Wickliffe, Ohio), Taylor Waspi (Deer Park, Ill.), Sam Westberg (St. Cloud, France), Mark Wiltse (Belle Mead, N.J.), Christopher Ye (Englewood, Colo.)

Midfielders (12): Fredua Adu (Potomac, Md.), Anthony Ampaiptakwong (Dallas, Texas), Joe Castaldo (Atlanta, Ga.), Michael Dalpra (Bronxville, N.Y.), Gabriel Farfan (Chula Vista, Calif.), Juan Guzman (Charlotte, N.C.), Bret Merchant (Modesto, Calif.), Kyle Nakazawa (Palos Verdes East, Calif.), Bahram Sajjadi (Arlington, Texas), Tommy Stackhouse (Flemington, N.J.), Blake Wagner (Tampa, Fla.), Jonathon Villanueva (Dallas, Texas), Drew Yates (Pasadena, Calif.)

Forwards (5): Jose Angulo (Clifton, N.J.), Bruce Ayala (Maspeth, N.Y.), Cameron Jordan (Ft. Wayne, Ind.), Quavas Kirk (Aurora, Ill.), Ryan Soroka (Langhorne, Pa.).

For those who don't know, the Adu in this list is Freddy Phenom's younger brother, which makes him 11-12, though we're not sure which. He's a holding MF who can also play wide right.

For what it's worth, Tommy Stackhouse (or Strackhouse, I haven't had the correct spelling confirmed) is the only player from this lot whom Paul Oliu whicmiscally predicted would be part of the 2010 World Cup team.

Wow, that's quite a comparison to slap on a fourteen-year-old. Who does he play for? Does he really stand out that much?

I dunno how that link got there, but since I don't remember where the article was that I was trying to link to, I can't fix that. There are a couple articles that mention him on topdrawesoccer.com though.

Any list of top American players under 15 may have to include Robby Hernandez. Roberto Carlos Hernandez was born in and lives in Madrid. He's one of the top 14 year olds in Spain.

His mother is American and his father is Spanish, and he spends part of each summer in Connecticut.

Several kids out of the Euro-USA ODP program have made their marks in U.S. Soccer. Robby Hernandez just may be the next.

How valid is the scouting of u-15 players? It would seem like with the differences in physical development at this age that it could be extremely difficult. Does anyone know how many U-15 players have graduated to the higher age teams? Just wondering.

What part of CT? A strange question, but I spend a lot of my summers in southeastern ct on the shore area and wouldnt mind checking out a few games if it is local....
