Whitecaps may soon become a 'Football' club

    Why not Whitecaps SC? Nothing wrong with calling your club a soccer club....

    They are already calling themselves FC and not only that but have removed "Vancouver" from their name. Vancouver press releases always call the club "Whitecaps FC" and they have even taken the word "Vancouver" off of their logo".

    I think they are complete idiots to remove Vancouver from their name.
