Mejico - to many to name ... your country is so dam big . ( in size ) USA - I hate to say it but ADU , if he keeps going and going ,
For the US I'll go with Eddie Johnson, Chris Rolfe, Herculez Gomez, Brad Davis, Clint Dempsey, Justin Mapp, Eddie Gaven, Freddie Adu, Santino Quaranta, Ricardo Clark, Chad Marshall, Oguchi Onyewu, Jonathan Spector, Ugo Ihemelu, and Brad Guzan to name a few. I won't include Donovan, Beasley, and Convey since they've played so many games for the US already.
Costa Rican NT for 2010 GK Wardy alfaro CB Michael umana / Gabriel badilla LSD Roy miller RSD **Insert a right side defender here** DMD Saul Phillips / Jose Luis Lopez CMD Josimar Arias / Carlos Hernandez CF Alvaro Saborio /Bryan Ruiz /Winston Parks WF Allan aleman / Randal Brenes
Spector, Adu, Fielhaber, and Ed Johnson for the USA will all be big stars for the CONCACAF for the USA. Spector is a massive talent in England and still only 19 or 20. Adu, well if he develops like we all hope he will. Fielhaber is the second coming of Reyna. Johnson, this kid may be a huge star not in USA but the world in a few years.
Canadian possibilities include: Atiba Hutchinson, M/D (Helsingborg) - was looked at by Chelsea and Birmingham prior to the close of the transfer window. Will probably move to a larger team in January. Iain Hume, M/F (Leicester City) - just transferred to LC after 5 years at Tranmere Rovers. Josh Simpson, M/D (Millwall) - the best player on a bad Millwall squad. Should be transferred if Millwall drop. Jaime Peters, M (Ipswich Town) - 18 year old who had Chelsea and Man U courting him before he signed with Ipswich to get first team action. Incredibly fast, and deceptively strong. David Edgar, CB (Newcastle) - another 18 year old earning rave reviews at Newcastle reserves. Played last week in a friendly vs. Malaga, which led to Malaga offering a transfer immediately. Jonathan "Javier" DeGuzman, M/F (Feyenoord) - Led the Dutch U-19 league in goals last year at the age of 17. Younger brother of Deportivo La Coruna's Julian DeGuzman.
Which players are you referring to? Freddie Adu was not born in the US, but came over at the age of 8.
It's amazing how many people cannot understand the concept of immigration. Adu went to the US at the age of 8. He's an American citizen. Everything he knows is American. Why is this so hard to understand?
justin mapp will be one of the biggest NT players we have right now, him and beas are just too lethal opposite each other
You gotta create them when you are starting the thread, there is an option for it, if it is for this thread, write a list of names and i'll add the poll to it
Keep your eyes out for young Canadian Jonathan de Guzman. He has been in Rotterdam since he was 13 yrs old and just turned 18. He has played up an age level throughout Feyenoord's youth system and has just been named to Feyenoord's squad for their upcoming UEFA Cup game this week as he had to be 18 to be eligible.
You might have heard of his older brother Julian who currently plays for Canada at the senior level. Jonathan has never played for anybody at the international level but is arguably the best youth player in Holland at the moment.
Idiot? What are you going on about? Your logic is flawed. My brother was born in Saudi Arabia, so under your logic he would have to play for them even though he has no ties to that country whatsoever. Is it our fault that no one wants to immigrate to Costa Rica? It's a long arduous process to attain US cintizenship. Once you receive your citizenship, you are American just like the rest of us. We were never a homogeneous people like the French or Italians before their influx of immigrants, so these silly arguments don't apply.
