Looks like Steve Nicol's days are numbered with the Revs.

Depends on his contract! If he has a multiyear contract, he may get to stick around.

As a bitter United fan, I have to say that this thread should have been reworded, "Which team will join DC United in failing to make the playoffs?" Those 51% who think DC will make the playoffs are insane.

OK, I am just bitter. :(

If everyone voted for 2 team, then 50% would be a "perfect" score. Currently about 6% think they will make the playoffs.

Note: there are an odd number of votes.

Thank you for this correction. I wasn't interpreting this correctly. Only 4% of y'all are insane. :)

Seriously, people, who voted for teams beside DC? It's a given that DC's out. Even the most optimistic souls have to agree with that fact. Heck, NE has a better chance of getting through...who would of thought of that?

Please note that you need to pick two teams. People are generally picking DC and one other team. That's why there are votes for other teams.

Interesting to see that NE seems to have moved down a little in the table since I looked at this poll last. People must be paying attention out there. ;) Weird.

Logically, for the purpose of this discussion, it is foolish to put the Metrostars 2nd. Any team winning the division makes the playoffs because they won't finish in the bottom two. No one will make the playoffs by virtue of winning the division. It helps with seeding, but to look at which two teams won't make it, it is irrelevant. In this case, it gives the false impression that the Metrostars are completely safe.

The Metro Stars didn't help themselves last night, but DC did. Now DC has to win two games at home to get in. It looks a lot more possible for them, except that Milton Reyes and Ritchie Williams may not play due to yellow card accumulations.

still hasnt clinched the divison, and i dont think they will either. Fire will fight for the spot back in the playoffs, Mutts will have too much to handle with the revs. Revs win the divison, probably face the Crew in the playoffs, and will sweep them.
