Ummm......Iraq beat Iran in Tehran, Iran 1-0. I think they'll get past Uzbekistan without much of a problem at least.

    In order of qualification....

    Europe:
    Germany

    group winners
    Spain (Group of Milktoast)
Czech Republic ( too much attack, will prevail over Holland)
    Italy (easy Group)
    England (easy Group)
    Denmark (Turkey shambolic)
Sweden (though will lose 1X to Bulgars and Croats)
Portugal ( new generation overcomes disappointment of 2004)
France (a few ties, but no loses)

    best second-place
Netherlands ( too much brillance, even if
    personality disorders)
    Wales (inspired)

    playoff winners (depends on draw,but...)
    Ireland ( too much skill)
    Croatia (too tough)
    Russia (slowly getting better)

    Conmebol:
    Argentina (too much depth)
    Brazil (still the favorites)
Uruguay (I like their new attacking style!)
    Paraguay (still solid)

    Africa:
    Senegal (gimme)
    South Africa (near gimme)
Cameroon (only after tough fight with Egypt)
    Nigeria (but Algeria will scare)
    Morocco (will overcome Tunisa rivalry)

    Asia:
Japan (to much organization for others)
South Korea (Vietnam will be toughest test)
    China (getting it together)
    Iran (too many skills)

    CONCACAF::
Mexico (too much depth, + maxi points at Azteca)
    USA (too much depth)
Honduras (Multinovic gets the prima donnas working at last, Ticos past "bestby" date)
Canada (beats Saudi Arabia in the playoffs, hope on my part)

    Oceania:
Australia (finall prevails, over Peru, in the playoffs, too many stars)

Note: No new debutants, will be in 2010.
